At Golden Gateway our personal trainers will design a program that’s customized to meet your specific needs and interests. Our personal fitness trainers specialize in

- Special populations (cancer and exercise, pre- and postnatal, and post-rehabilitation)
We require all of our personal trainers to complete the highest caliber of education and demonstrate their skill in service and client care. Every trainer holds certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) or the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) -- the organizations that set the highest standards for fitness professionals. Many of our trainers also have degrees in health- and fitness-related fields. You’ll appreciate your trainer’s experience, knowledge, and dedication to you.

Personal Fitness Training (1-on-1)

- Individual sessions or six- and twelve-session packages
Small Group Training (groups of 2 to 3 people)
- 55-minute sessions
- Individual sessions or six- and twelve-session packages
Exercise Express
- 25-minute sessions
- Individual sessions or six--session packages
Progressive Fitness Training (1-on-1)
Progressive trainers possess advanced credentials in their areas of specialization and have years of experience in the field. Sessions are 55 minutes long.

Complimentary Training Session
New Golden Gateway members may take advantage of a complimentary fitness consultation with one of our personal fitness trainers. This 55-minute session is a great opportunity to evaluate the current state of your health and fitness. It can also be geared to address your personal goals or fitness interests.
