The Group Exercise Department also offers a variety of specialty programs to keep your workouts fresh and invigorating.
Pilates Allegro Reformer
- Private sessions (1-on-1); six- and twelve-session packages also available
- Group classes: a six-week series with a total of twelve sessions. See program calendar for more details and upcoming dates.
Tai Chi
- Private sessions (1-on-1)
- Semi-private for 2 students
- Small group for 3 - 6 people
- Individual sessions and six-session packages available
Dance Lessons: Basic Ballroom, Salsa, and Argentine Tango
- Private lessons (1-on-1)
- Couples lessons (for 2 or 4)
- Small group instruction for 6 - 10 people or 3 - 5 couples
- Individual sessions available as well as six- and twelve-session packages (for private and couples lessons)
