Water Aerobics

Enjoy a fun, safe, and effective workout in a virtually stress-free environment. The non-impact exercises are great for those with joint discomfort, such as knee or low-back problems. It’s also a refreshing cross-training challenge that gets your heart rate up and burns calories. Classes meet in the Recreation Pool.
