Etiquette Guidelines

Please be courteous to others by adhering to the following Fitness Center guidelines:

  • Shirt and closed-toed shoes must be worn at all times
  • Wipe down equipment after use
  • Re-rack weight plates when finished and return dumbbells to proper rack
  • When performing multiple sets, allow others to work in
  • Limit workout on cardio equipment when others are waiting
  • Children 12 and under may not use the Fitness Center. Children ages 13 - 15 must be supervised by one of the Club’s personal fitness trainers or by a parent or guardian who is at least 18. Teens ages 16 and up may use the Fitness Center without supervision.
  • Pick up towels, newspapers, and other personal belongings; return small props and stretch mats to designated areas
  • Cell phone use is not permitted
  • Inform staff of any equipment problems
