Kate Wilson, Swim Instructor
Kate Wilson swam competitively for 16 years. 10 of which were with the USS Terrapin swim team. In high school finaled at the NCS championship meet in the 500 freestyle. Swam 1 year at SFSU and holds the current record at San Francisco State University in the 1,000 freestyle. Transferred to Wagner College in New York and swam at the Division I level for 3 years. Main events were distance freestyle, 200 breasstroke, and 400 Individual Medley.
Finished top 3 at the NEC Championship meet in the 500 freestyle and the 400 IM. Currently coaching swimming and running distance events. Plans on beginning training to compete in triathlons in the near future.
