Melissa Morandi, Masters Coach

Melissa Morandi joined Golden Gateway's Aquatics staff in 1994, and over the following years she has also worked in Aquatics at WAC's Pacific Athletic Club San Diego and Bay Club. Previously Melissa coached swimming and water polo at San Dimas Swim and Raquet Club and UC Riverside's Athletic department. She competed at the Jr. National and Collegiate level in women's water polo, and was a US Swimming Referee in Southern California. She has been certified in teaching Red Cross and SwimAmercia lessons. She is a member of the American Swimming Coaches Association. Melissa currently enjoys teaching adults and children and occasionally participates for fun in Masters water polo, local runs and triathlons, and open water swims.
