Masters Swim Team
Golden Gateway's Master swim program includes eight one-hour scheduled workouts per week.
The team uses four lanes in the Lap Pool, allowing lap swimmers to swim in the remaining two lanes. Workouts accommodate a range from beginning to advanced, and interests include fitness, training for Triathlons, and competing in Masters swim meets. Yardage ranges from 2,500-4,000. The workouts are original and diverse, reflecting the coaches' different styles. They are designed to prepare swimmers for both open water and pool competition.
