Complete the form below to request a private locker or to change your current locker location. Please understand there can be a waiting period for a private locker assignment. After we receive your request, a membership representative will contact you shortly.

Charges for a private locker will automatically be billed to your membership account. Written notice is required to cancel private locker rental, and a fee will be charged to replace a lost key.
